Natural Hair Wash Day - 4A/4C Hair Type

Shampoo: Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar (about 2/3 cup of ACV in 20 ounces of water) and massage scalp.

Conditioner (part 1): Olive Oil or Coconut Oil. If my hair is extremely dry - coconut oil. If not, olive oil is enough.

Conditioner (part 2): Aloe Vera: My grandmother swore by aloe vera and kept it in her house - so I added it to my hair regimen. After I drain the latex out of the aloe vera leaf, I cut it open and rub the leaf on my scalp. It is soothing on my scalp, adds a ton of moisture, and helps my hair grow. Thank you Grammy.

These products (along with a healthy diet) treat dandruff, itchy scalp, breakage, and thinning.

That’s it. Curly haired girls do not need factory-made products. God loved our hair so much that He gave us everything we would ever need.
