Healthy Flowers

Sorry fellas. This is a ladies only post.

Ladies, first I want to say that God is everywhere. There is nothing about us that is off limits to Him. He cares about us and wants us to be completely healthy. God gave all of us a flower and it’s our responsibility to take care of it. I call this area of our bodies a flower because it is pure, perfect, and beautiful. There is no perversion in beauty. It is safe to discuss these things with God our Father, and the Holy Spirit, our mother. By practicing abstinence before marriage, eating right, cleaning correctly, and cutting the stress, we are protected from hormonal imbalances, infections, diseases etc. If for whatever reason you find yourself in a compromising situation, no shame, just use a condom please and thank you.

Foods that promote a healthy flower are:

Avocados

Blueberries

Spinach

Cranberries

Sweet Potatoes

Products that promote a healthy flower are:

Organic tampons and pads

The Honey Pot Products

Breathable (not too tight), cotton underwear

Chemical free wipes or plain WATER

Yoni Steam Seat

Probiotics that support vaginal health

My story:

For several months I was faced with the dreadful experience of having TWO periods every month. Yes, it was absolutely awful. I found out that I had a hormonal imbalance. I didn’t want to take any medication. I learned from Dr. Don Colbert that we can heal ourselves with food. Just changing your diet can correct so many issues. So, for a month straight I ate blueberries, sweet potatoes, and avocados every single day, along with my regular meals. Most of the time I ate blueberries first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Healthy eating and exercise, for me, has had a tremendous impact on my monthly cycle over the years. After that month I was completely restored. Praise be to Jesus. ;)
